Neon noir

I use it for night, rain, and reflections. Works in editorial and poster work.

Start: neon city street, wet reflections, cinematic — --ar 16:9 --stylize 280

Editorial realness

Soft light, texture, zero plastic. This is closest to what I reach for in portraiture.

Start: editorial portrait, soft window light, kodak portra — --ar 4:5 --stylize 180

portraitsoft light

Soft brutalism

Raw form in misty light. I love the emotional contrast.

Start: brutalist tower, overcast, fog — --ar 16:9 --stylize 150

Analog digital

Film simulations, grain, subtle artefacts. I don't overdo it — a little goes a long way.

Start: street candid, 35mm film, subtle grain — --ar 3:2 --stylize 160

filmgrain

Minimal posters

Negative space, simple forms, typography. This is where it's easiest to over-engineer — I keep it disciplined.

Start: minimal poster, bold shapes, strong negative space — --ar 4:5 --stylize 220

How I tie it into workflow

  • Preset — 2–3 words + parameters (--ar, --stylize) saved as a fixed base.
  • Series — 6–12 frames instead of a single shot.
  • Context — I show the use case (poster, cover, lookbook), then the aesthetic makes sense.
